Mantra Meditation is the yoga meditation technique of chanting the sacred sounds of the mantra to open up your mind and heart.
This is popularly called Bhakti Yoga or the Meditation of Devotion, a deeply spiritual and sacred practice for many.
Repeatedly chanting the mantra frees us from our normal thought patterns and gives us a sense of peace and tranquility which, when practiced regularly, instills inner peace, clarity and greater intuition.
The affect is magnified when practiced with a group. No previous experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing, including long pants and socks.
