Personal Message From Krista
Do you find yourself settling for less in life as a result of your fears and limiting beliefs?
Are you tired of not feeling “good enough” afraid of success or failure?
Frustrated because you seem paralyzed or stuck but are wanting to manifest your dreams?
Please know that I understand and can offer you a safe and nurturing environment in which we can explore what is challenging your forward movement and ultimate peace of mind.
I utilize a mind, body, spirit approach in assisting clients in identifying their limiting beliefs. I feel it is our beliefs about ourselves and others that drive all of our current emotions and behavior. Getting to the root of these beliefs is key to releasing them from our body and mind. Talk therapy can be helpful in identifying our beliefs but in order to release them from our body we need to use a somatic approach like Tapping.
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique or “Tapping” has been used successfully with my clients in releasing these limiting beliefs. They report feeling less emotional about beliefs and share that they now feel “uncharged” emotionally about events that happened in the past that used to stifle them.
The theory behind EFT, according to the founder Gary Craig, states that any issue we are having is a result of a disruption in our energy field and is related to an emotional stressor we experienced in the past. Therefore, tapping clears these distortions and restores our energy field.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. I offer a free phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit. I would love to have the chance to work with you and help you discover your truth!

Testimonials and Reviews
“Krista is always very in tune with what I’m experiencing. She is good at getting to the point of my fears quickly and I appreciate she is calm and non-judgemental. I’m so grateful that she taught me the “Tapping” method because it is easy to learn and I can use it whenever I start feeling nervous.” – M.K.
“When I first started seeing Krista I felt lost. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life, or how to get there. I was feeling depressed and anxious. After a few visits with Krista, I felt the clouds parted and the sun came out! She helped me get out of my own way to identify the life I wanted and gave me the tools to create it.” – K.L.
“I had tried tapping before on my own with some success but wasn’t sure it was working or if I was doing it right. Krista helped me get to the root of my problems and tap on events from my childhood. The whole process was fairly simple and quick. It was strange how I felt lighter after each session and when I would tell my story after the tapping it seemed like no big deal. I can’t explain it but it worked and that’s all that mattered to me.” – S.A.
