About The Instructor:
Dr. Victor Shamas is a University of Arizona consciousness researcher whose work integrates psychology with yoga and other wisdom traditions. For nearly 25 years, he has taught Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) through his non-profit group, Global Chant. He is author of four books: Deep Creativity, The Chanter’s Guide, The Way of Play, and Repose: The Potent Pause. Dr. Shamas includes meditation, kriya yoga and chanting in his daily practice. His work has been featured in Yoga Journal.
