Aura-Soma® is a unique system of color and light, created in 1983 by Vicky Wall, an English surgical podiatrist. The Aura-Soma color care system is self-selective and non-intrusive, reflecting ones soul through the language of color and light.
The ingredients in Aura-Soma® products are living energies. The energies of color, crystals and plants are dynamic, changing as you work with them; reflecting the changes within us.
Color is the key to linking the power of the vibratory energies of Aura-Soma®. Through the color you discover that the Equilibrium bottles are a vibrant living system that assists in opening the doors to the transformation of consciousness.
In synergy with each other, the energies of color, plants and crystals within Equilibrium can restore, revitalize and re-balance you on all levels. The colors reflect who we are at this moment in time. All ancient traditions map to the color light codes of the Aura-Soma color care system.
There are currently 106 bottles in the Aura-Soma system. The name carries a message: Aura means light, Soma means body (Greek).
Each ‘Equilibrium’ bottle contains oil over water. Within the oil half there is Lotus oil from the far east in an bioavailable base oil. It contains essential oils from bio-dynamically grown plants, crystal energies and natural coloring. Aura-Soma Products Ltd. owns and operates the second largest Bio-Dynamic farm in England.The base portion is of pure water and contains herbal extracts, crystal energies, natural color and energies from the sacred Chalice Well in Glastonbury, England.
Anne Yellow Kidney is a Level 3 Aura-Soma Color Care Consultant / teacher, An AEOS teacher, a Cranial Sacral Therapist, and Vibrational Kinesiologist practicing professionally as an Integrative Body Therapist for over 20 years.
Having owned and practiced in her own natural healing clinic in Australia and numerous other countries, she became intrigued by cellular structure in relationship to memory and how it impacted the body, mind & spirit.
It interested her how these patterns within cellular memory became a “road map” as to how our personalities, our responses to circumstances, and our belief systems are formed. It became apparent that memories, if traumatic, would weaken the immune response over time, and if a trauma were encapsulated in a particular area of the body, it would eventually create unease and then disease.
By using a gentle, hands on technique of cranial sacral therapy and therapeutic dialogue, the patient was able to release retained tissue emotion and pain. In addition, she found that by incorporating the Aura Soma Color Care System, clients were able to process a reflection of their journey through these changes. As the pieces of their lives began to fit comfortably together, a greater awareness and understanding of the self was established and a return to joy was apparent.

Description Pre-requisite: Interest in Color
Many people are drawn to Aura-Soma® for their own self-development and this course is an excellent choice to begin to experience color on an energetic level. Aura-Soma® is non-intrusive. There is no pressure to consider becoming an Aura-Soma® consultant/ practitioner. Each person finds his or her own way to bring the wisdom of color into their life.
The aims of this course are to provide information about the tools offered in the Aura-Soma® range and to create an atmosphere where each person’s intuitive knowledge of color can come to a greater awareness.
The Course Includes:
The principles of Aura-Soma® as non-intrusive Color Theory, Sympathetic Resonance, The language of Color, The message of Color, Consultation procedure Guidelines for Recommendations Introduction to the products, Demonstration and practical work.
Upon completion the students will receive a certificate of attendance from the Art & Science International Academy of Colour Technologies, Tetford, England, allowing them to practice with family and friends.

This refers to the fact that the ingredients used in the products are alive. They have been sourced from a soil which has been nourished and activated for optimal performance.
