Application for Practitioner or Business Page

The Austin Alchemist offers a full-page ad in our local Business/Practitioner Directory to body/mind/spirit/holistic practitioners and businesses in the Austin and Central Texas area.

You must be local to be included in our directory listings, meaning you live here or have a work address locally. The cost is $69 for the first year and then $29 annually to maintain your membership and host your listing thereafter.

Your page includes a picture of you or your logo, all your contact info, a link to your website, and a description of your offerings and is inserted under three related categories of your choice.

Just fill in the form below, and I’ll have your listing up within a couple of weeks, usually within a week. Please provide as much information as you can about your business and/or services (the more, the better) and a recent picture of yourself, your logo, or the front of your business. Your name or business name will be used in the title.

Visit our Directory Listings Page here to help you choose your categories.  In general, we will not add new categories to what we already have listed in our directory.  Too many categories on our site would actually inhibit your potential customers’ ability to search and find you.  But if you feel we are missing an important category, please fill me in about it in the comment section of your submission form, and I will look into it. Our main goal is always towards the ease for our readers to use our website to find you.

Please remember that to qualify for our local business directory, you must live or work in the Waco / Austin / San Antonio area, and your business or practice must be in the holistic/spiritual/metaphysical fields.  Listings are approved individually and may take a while to publish. Each listing requires time to put together.  Submissions received on holidays or over the weekend will generally be reviewed on the following business day.

Please complete the form below with as much information as possible. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

  • Please enter your company or practice name as you would like it to be listed on our site.
  • This is the heart of your listing. Please include details to help our readers get to know you and your practice or business. Please note: Your entry should be unique. We cannot accept descriptions that are copied from other websites.
  • Usually 3-4 max.
  • Have you been interviewed on TV, in the newspaper, a magazine, participated in a podcast or taken calls on a radio show? Share with us your favorite online links to these resources. (Must be a news source, not a link to your own content.) In cases where there aren't links available, please provide a citation including publication, issue, date, title, etc. where we can find it.
  • Brief "elevator" intro to your business and/or services.
  • This helps me with the social media features we do for your listing.
  • Are you on social media like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter or Google+? If so, please share your links here. (Actual links - please don't expect me to search for them.)
  • Square or portrait oriented images only please. Image needs to be at least 200px wide and can have only a little text. Please Note: *No pdf fliers, banners or landscape images.* These are too wide to fit on our website and we will not accept or store them.
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 300 MB.
  • This is an optional space for you to include extra information that I might need for your order - information that might not be covered by the fields above. Things like special circumstances for running your ad on specific dates, etc.. I.e. "I want to pay for my order now, but have my ad run 3 weeks from now because I'm on my way out of town..." Or "I want to run this ad on the 1st Thursday of every month for the next 6 months," etc.. Put all these types of details here for me. I may call you if I have questions. (Note: we can re-feature your directory page in our newsletter more than just once a year. Just contact me for details.)
  • The Practitioner and Business Pages are $69 to build and host for the first year and then $29 to host each year thereafter.
  • This $29 Annual Hosting Fee will be auto-billed each year on the same date until you cancel. This fee is waived for your 1st year and the discount is reflected on your first PayPal invoice.
