Through the Eyes of a Dove
by Suzanne Gene Courtney
The tragic death of their son, Danny, left his parents, family members, and friends devastated. Grief-stricken and searching for answers, his loved ones began having experiences that they first passed off as coincidental. The more they shared with each other, the more they knew that the journey toward understanding had just begun.
The author chronicles her family’s path through the darkness to peace and on to acceptance, in the hope that it will help other newly-bereaved parents. Through the Eyes of a Dove is a source of solace in times of sorrow, one that can help the grieving to grow, trust, believe, and learn to live with their child in Spirit.

Review of Suzanne Courtney’s Through the Eyes of a Dove. (from Amazon)
“This well crafted, clear concise and heartfelt presentation is an outstanding must read for not only bereaved parents, but also for anyone who has lost an important person in their life. Suzanne Courtney has put together an exemplary piece of writing and illustrations that capture the true spirit of love, but also offers hope and celebration of the life of a loved one. As one reads this economically written prose, one feels the inner depth of a parent grieving, but also sees the value of listening with the heart to the one who has passed.
I strongly recommend that anyone going through the grief process or spiritual awareness read this book. It is truly uplifting and tasteful in its literary and artistic sense.” — Joseph Palazzola, August 14, 2013
