Tova JohnPress will again begin an 8-week series on The Work, which is a simple yet powerful process of self-inquiry created by Byron Katie, author of ‘Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life’.
The book, which is required for the classes, is available via the Amazon link on, http://www.unityhills.org, and at Unity Church of the Hills’ Bookstore.
The process of The Work provides us with a concrete method that, when applied, helps us resolve our feelings of frustration, isolation, anger, fear and overwhelm. Classes offer participants the opportunity to explore in depth stressful concepts around such topics as parents and children, intimacy and relationships, money and finance, the body and death.
Tova graduated from The School for The Work of Byron Katie in March 2009, attended The October School for The Work 2010 as a staff member, hosts monthly Inquiry Circles and facilitates The Work with others as an integral part of her personal leadership coaching practice.
