An experiential day integrating wakefulness, presence, contemplation and inquiry through the art of reflective photography and haiku. We will explore using our camera as a mirror for self reflection and Haiku as the language of the present moment. All particpants will emerge with a contemplative art piece.
Contemplative Art Series
The contemplative art series is an ongoing exploration of consciousness, presence and awareness through various art mediums. These offerings are a communion of meditation, self inquiry and creative process.
Please come with a digital camera of any kind, and a journal.
