Good news for you!

Over eating is hard wired into our bodies from ancient times, when we had to eat as much high energy food as possible since we didn’t know when we might eat again. We were also wired to eat sweet things, as they were less likely to poison us. So here we are in the 21st century, inadvertently behaving like cave men and women. And we feel like such a failure.
With excess weight, there are metabolism problems that keep one locked into the same old physical reactions i.e. gaining and keeping excess weight.
