This class is the fundamental course in the Universal Healing Tao system. We will cover the Microcosmic Orbit, Six Healing Sounds, and Inner Smile.
The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is used to open two of the most important acupuncture channels in the body, the Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel. This practice allows you to have simultaneous yin-yang chi flow and improves health by increasing the flow of the life-force.
The Six Healing Sounds are used to cleanse the qi (chi) of the five vital organ systems.
The Inner Smile meditation allows you to cultivate a sense of whole-being self acceptance. It also helps you to relax so you can go deeper into meditation.
