You will learn about what dimensions of your energetic, emotional heart that you are comfortable dwelling within, and what dimensions need energy. You will gain confidence as you get in touch with your heart’s numb and wounded places, bringing breath, attention, and life into all parts of your heart.

As you occupy your heart fully and completely, you will unleash your ability to bring positive, meaningful change to the world.
