Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is an ancient energy healing modality which means Universal Life Energy. It is a natural healing system that is in perfect harmony with other modern healing practices and assists the body in its own highest level of healing and wellness. Reiki heals, aligns, balances, clears, teaches, energizes, illuminates, transforms, uplifts, harmonizes and replenishes.
In this class you will discover the history of Usui Reiki, receive your first set of attunements, and learn the traditional hand positions with time to practice. Training manual and certificate of completion included.
