Bhagirit Crow will open our session leading us through a Byron Katie WORK process. The Bryon Katie Work is a powerful modality to investigate the thought patterns that create separation, stress, pain, fear or loneliness. First we examine the ways in which our negative thoughts are literally defining our moment to moment experience. Then we will actively use this technique to “join” our thinking with the peace of being in the present moment without expectations or conditions.
Bhagirit currently teaches Body-Mind Awareness, Breath-work and Yoga at St. Edwards University in Austin. He completed Bryon Katie’s School for the Work in 2002. He worked as a staff member for Katie’s workshops from 2002-2005.
We will utilize our new found awarenesses for the next part of our session. Gabriella Espinosa will take us through a group Pure Soul Alchemy process, a channeled energetic field where transformative operations and procedures are performed for you as you comfortably relax. Through Gabriella’s perception and vocalization of the inner energetic landscape, you are opened in ways which allow for these processes to come into your physical reality and enact change on your behalf. Pure Soul Alchemy processes transmute and transcend that which has weighed you down and/or worked against you.
