Identify hidden fears so that your energy expresses in it’s true Natural State : Courage.
Align with the Winter Cycle so you can utilize resources appropriately in preparing for the Next Phase of your life.

Blanket or mat to lay on (or sleeping bag)

Blanket to cover yourself with
We will have snacks available.
You are welcome to bring food for yourself.
