Join Skip Neal, a Heal Your Life® Teacher, for this informative movie. This entertaining and inspirational movie is based on the New York Times best-selling book, You Can Heal Your Life.

The 10-week study group will help you along your journey of transformation that Spirit is calling you to enfold. Meet weekly with Skip Neal, M.Ed., who is a Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher. Skip will deliver a variety of techniques to release limitations, to go beyond those barriers. Skip’s classes are fun, interactive, and include not only theory, but music, sharing, singing, interactive exercises, plus videos.

Each week covers a different topic in the book:
Week one: Intro/Overview of basic beliefs and 9 points of Louise’s philosophy
Week two: Uncovering negative messages, Mirror Work/Affirmations and Visualization
Week three: Negative message exercise/ Inner Child/ Hands on Healing
Week four: Willingness to change/Releasing Old Emotions
Week five: Forgiveness/ Opening to Love
Week six: Changing your thoughts/Daily Plan
Week seven: Relationships
Week eight: Work/Success
