Erica Santiago is a licensed massage therapist and a certified yoga teacher. Her business, Ancient Healing Arts Yoga and Dance, is a 1-on-1 healing practice.
Erica has worked in the holistic healing and movement arts fields for ten years. She has an extensive background of the human body in motion and the mind-body connection through in-depth study into yogic philosophy.
Erica is a dance artist and uses movement as a way to access self-inquiry. She has learned that dance, yoga, massage, and meditation are all different tools in her toolbox of healing modalities through the years. Her deepest passion addresses the whole being, body, mind, emotion, and consciousness in an intuitive and creative way that affirms one with his/her most profound knowing of truth for their greatest benefit.
Erica is deeply attuned to the natural world as well as cosmic cycles. Her healing sessions go as deep as her client is ready to go. The cornerstones of Erica’s work are willingness, conscious consent, faith, and curiosity. From this foundation, Erica co-creates actively with her clients to bring them into a profoundly transformative space where they have the choice to bring into conscious awareness that which no longer serves and therefore release at the cellular level.
Multidimensional Massage Therapy sessions are for those individuals who wish to experience deep healing along with bodywork. It is an “all systems check” type of session—ideal for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
These sessions address more than just the physical body by holding space for emotional and mental well-being. As guided, Erica uses sound/frequency medicine, hot stones, homemade essential oil blends, and dynamic cupping.
Erica also provides Mindful Movement Therapy sessions which allow the body to unwind deeply held patterns with guided movement and therapeutic touch. For full-spectrum soul healing, Erica draws upon Evolutionary Astrology to truly listen to the soul’s evolutionary healing needs.
It is important to note that these healing sessions are spontaneously guided by higher intelligence and support systems.
