- Level 1, on Saturday and Sunday, teaches the basics of RH to those who just want to learn it to help themselves and their loved one
- Level 2, on Monday and Tuesday, is the certified professional level for those who are planning to facilitate at healthcare facilities and /or set up their own practice.
