The Basics of Energy Work seminar is a 4-hour seminar designed to introduce participants to the principals of energy work from a Daoist perspective. We’re going to cover topics like qi, yin and yang, and the meridians. And we are going to do qigong exercises and meditations. Everything is geared towards providing a solid understanding of what qi (energy) is and basic ways to apply it to your life. A 2nd session will be held on August 21st which will include more details, exercises, and practice feeling qi in others.
