Harmonize your mind through a playful process of painting chakra mandalas.
This Playshop is the first of a series of seven chakra painting workshops that will be offered throughout the year.
Each class will focus on a different chakra, and integrate creative meditation and intention practices.
In this class we will be using acrylic paint and focus on the Root Chakra which is the first.
Playshop is for adults. No experience necessary. All supplies are provided.
