I would be honored to support you as you reconnect with the parts of Self that have been lost in your life’s journey, with your ancestors’ history and patterns, and with the imprint of the collective. In doing this, supporting you in reclaiming your energy and reconnecting with your innate wisdom and spark.
My offerings are tailored to you and combine ancient wisdoms with modern science. Calling in the interconnection of life, past, present, and future, with Shamanic Practices and transformative energies like Reiki. While also inviting Somatic practices to anchor this wisdom into your body and your life. To deepen the experience, I also invite in Interpersonal Neurobiology and parts work to support the integration of the energy healing practices in reconnecting with your inherent wisdom.
I provide trauma-informed personal sessions in-person or online, and I also teach Reiki classes.
