Friday – August 5th, 2016. At Casa de Luz.
Tonight we’ll be doing something a little different with AR Games – bringing the entire family!
We’ll play some Authentic Relating (AR) games to really *connect* kids and parents.
We’ll also play some mindful-focused improv games to really get in the moment and go through some of the exercises included in author and host, Natalie Grigson’s, new book: Just Call Me Is: An Introduction to Mindfulness.*
This night will be great, especially for 9-year-olds and up!
Like all AR Games nights, admission is cash only to pay for the space.
A Personal Message from Natalie about this event
“This is a night all about connection and FUN! I have a background in improv, so we’ll play some improv games to warm up, my good friend and AR Facilitator will be leading us in Authentic Relating games, and I’ll be going over some exercises and excerpts from my new book. It’s Authentic Relating Games (a regular, weekly event at Casa de Luz for adults), but for the whole family.” – Natalie Grigson

Testimonial
“My son thinks the book is excellent. He was up late in his bed with a flashlight doing the writing after reading the whole thing in just a couple hours. And I’m impressed how well he is grasping a concept like higher self. I’ve struggled with explaining it to kids.” – Jonathan Thompson, Psychedelic Parenting
* “Just Call Me Is” is Natalie Grigson’s latest book, centered around mindfulness for kids. From July 20th – August 19th, Natalie is hosting a Kickstarter to raise funds for the book’s publication. For more information, visit: http://www.JustCallMeIs.com.
