Drop in and get grounded on Sunday morning, midway between the high energy of the full moon and the bustle of the holidays.
Grounding Sound sessions are an hour of centering, crystallizing soundwork featuring didgeridoo, crystal bowls, Native American flute and percussion – perfect self-care to launch you into the holidays feeling tranquil and empowered. Sessions integrate a group sound bath with personalized attention to maximize your growth and healing. Soundwork is trauma-conscious and informed by modern neuroscience, while honoring the deep, numinous power of energetic connection.
Space is limited to 15 participants – reserve early to secure your spot! On the morning of the event, bring what you need to lay or sit comfortably for about an hour (yoga mat, pillows, blankets, water). Session will begin with a gentle centering meditation, followed by soundwork, closing with a gradual return and opportunity for optional group sharing. Please arrive by 10:15am to give yourself time to settle in.

Grounding Sound sessions are centering, trauma-informed soundwork events that focus on bringing attendees to a state of groundedness, calm, and tranquility. This particular event is 5 days after November‘s full moon, and 5 days before the Thanksgiving holiday – my hope is to give people a chance to receive healing and health in the middle of a stressful time of year. I use didgeridoos that I have crafted personally, as well as crystal bowls, native american flute, and other percussion instruments to mix a group soundbath with individual healing work. I emphasize the importance of a safe ceremonial space that is conscious of the power of sound, doesn’t overwhelm or trigger my attendees, and allows for deep transformative experiences.
