Join me for 90 minutes of transformative soundwork with didgeridoo, crystal bowls, flutes, and percussion.
Grounding Sound sessions are evolving soundscapes, performed intuitively and integrating a group sound bath with individual attention to facilitate your personal growth and healing. Soundwork is trauma-conscious and informed by modern neuroscience, while honoring the deep, numinous power of energetic connection.
Soundwork may be received laying down or sitting, as your are comfortable: it is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, backjack, eye mask, or anything you need to lay or sit comfortably for 90 minutes.
