Join filmmaker Bill Bennett at 2pm for his “After The Movie” workshop about his spiritual journey that led to the creation of “PGS: Intuition Is Your Personal Guidance System.”

Bill will share stories from the making of The PGS Movie (and writing the soon to be released book), his intuition-led travels, the famous people he’s interviewed around the world, and lessons learned along the way.

This is a rare opportunity to see the movie and/or meet Bill Bennett and hear his delightful back story.

Bill will also be available to sign books! He wrote the book The Way, My Way about walking the Camino. The Book Store at Unity Church of the Hills will have some copies of Bill’s book on hand for purchase, should you need one for him to sign.

About the Instructor

Bill Bennett is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected filmmakers. In a career spanning more than thirty years, he’s made numerous feature films and documentaries and won many awards, both in his home country and internationally. He’s won Australia’s equivalent of the Oscar for Best Picture and Best Director, and over the course of his career his movies have garnered more than forty Aussie Oscar nominations.

In television he’s won Australia’s equivalent of the Emmy twice for Most Outstanding Documentary. His films have been distributed through several Hollywood studios, and he’s had three major international retrospectives, including the Chicago Museum of Art’s Film Centre. His work has also been screened at the New York Museum of Modern Art, and in Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival.

Bill is also an Adjunct Professor of Creative Industries at one of Australia’s largest universities, and Penguin Random House has just published his first novel – Palace of Fires – the first in a Young Adult trilogy.

Bill’s lecture will serve as our April monthly class at The Seeker’s Round Table, and the entry fee is our usual $15. Online ticketing is handled through Unity Church of the Hill’s website. Or you can pay at the door with cash or credit card. If you want to see the movie AND Bill’s lecture, the total cost between the two tickets will be $25 per person.
