More About Jagjit “JK” Khalsa
Jagjit Khalsa is a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Music Educator with a background in styles of healing that span the globe from China, India, Europe, and Native American. She has been practicing here in Georgetown, TX for the past 4 years and in the Austin area for over 10 years, and has worked with the public in various capacities for over 4 decades. She gained a lot of insight from years working with students, clients, and patients of all ages from many walks of life – inner city to country to many multicultural settings. She began as a music teacher before becoming a massage therapist, then found herself at a crossroad and went on for a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is both knowledgeable and nurturing.
JK feels that each person’s needs are unique and that Traditional Chinese Medicine can address your needs through the 4 Branches: Acupuncture, Body Work, Herbs, and Movement, plus meditations derived from Yoga, QiGong and TaiChi. She blends these branches and draws on her experiences to offer a special quality of tailored treatments.
