Come and greet your ancestors as you embark on a sacred journey of clearing and healing the karmic debt that is nine generations before you and one generation after.
This guided meditation will allow you to change your energetic DNA, by honoring and releasing nine generations of karmic debt.
As you are being guided through the journey, there will be shamanic, instrumental sounds that will also assist you in going deeper into your healing.
Slowly we will meet our nine ancestors that came before us, gifting and/or being gifted forgiveness, gratitude, and messages that will help us and them to move forward.
More About This Meditation
Just like we get our physical DNA traits (hair color, eye color, etc) from our ancestors, we also get our energetic DNA traits (struggles, our ways of life, eating issues, racism, financial issues, etc) from our ancestors. This is a guided meditation to go back and honor 9 generations of our ancestors. Forgiving them for passing this on, both known and unknown, and thanking them for surviving their time period, so that we can be alive today. This is a powerful meditation, that can help set you free of “burdens” in your life that you didn’t know existed. However, you still have the decision to walk out and live the way you want to live – you can just no longer “blame” the past for those “issues.”
