This one day event will be a hands on experience for those interested in learning more about crystal singing bowls.
This class is a requirement for those wanting certification as a crystal bed practitioner. Each participant will get a chance to play a chakra set of crystal bowls and to discover how they work with the energy centers of the human body.
We will also discuss the chakras and how 4,000 year old technology can be used to clear and balance the human body. Each chakra is tuned to a frequency that is aligned with the same vibration as color. We will touch on chromo therapy as it relates to the seven major energy vortexes.
In this class, you will experience:
- the history of the crystal singing bowls
- how to play a crystal bowl
- how each sound affects the body
- movement of sound as vibrations
- the 7 major chakras
- the relationship between sound and color
- chromo therapy
