iRest provides you with tools you can use in daily life to help you deeply relax, ease stress, transform anxiety, reduce insomnia, improve your relationships and increase resiliency in the face of life’s challenges. An increasing body of scientific research supports the healing impact of these practices. For me, iRest has been integral to allowing me to live a vibrant and joyful life with chronic pain.
