Weekly on Fridays.
Laughter Yoga supports the belief that laughter can be a catalyst for positive transformation in one’s life.
When we laugh, our brains release endorphins, our immune system gets boosted, our blood pressure drops, we breathe easier, our bodies feel less pain, and we get great cardiovascular exercise.
There is no requirement of a good mood to participate in Laughter Yoga. In fact, one of the best times to laugh is when you are not happy. If we choose to practice laughing and playing regularly, we will find ourselves able to use the tools of light-heartedness in many different areas of our lives. We like to say, “If you can laugh at it, you can live with it.”
