Learning to Walk Between the Worlds (Bi-Weekly Series)

Tuesdays (biweekly) starting June 10th, 2025. 

During this time when so much in the Collective can feel upside down and inside out, this series offers folks an opportunity to orient towards their soul path and intuitive knowing to begin to develop and/or deepen resourceful relationships with their own body and the unseen world.

If you feel curiosity towards, or resonance with, the shamanic frame but aren’t sure how to engage with it in a practical way, this in-person 6-session bi-weekly series may be for you.

Working with four of what I call the seven archetypal bridges between ordinary and non-ordinary reality, this series will offer practical tips and supported experience in journeying with the drum and altar-making as you deepen your relationship with the directions, the elements, movement and sound. A similar second series will follow in the Fall that focuses on the last three bridges of animal energies, plant energies and the ancestors. This is an intro-level offering and no prior experience is required.

In this experiential series, students will engage in drum journeying and altar-making as practices to foster collaborative and reciprocal relationships with the Land, Nature, and the unseen realms. This offering is the first of two related series exploring what I call the seven archetypal bridges between ordinary and non-ordinary reality. We’ll focus on the first four bridges—directions, elements, movement, and sound. A second series, offered this Fall, will continue the journey with the remaining three bridges: animal energies, plant energies, and the ancestors.
