About the Instructor
Ki Browning, BA, CHT, RYT, has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years. She has practiced meditation since she was 18.
Internationally trained, Ki is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Body-Mind-Spirit Life Coach, Health and Wellness Consultant, Registered Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Educator, Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, Dream Interpreter and holds an Honors Degree from UTD in Psychology.
