Come build community with other moms and allow yourself to regain focus and balance by centering through meditation and working creatively!
Mother’s Workshop is a place of non judgement and support, where we can talk about what it’s like to be a mom in every sense.
This event was started for moms to take time for themselves, and meet other mothers who can talk about and share their experience. It’s an hour and a half to focus on yourself, gain insight, calmness, or just have fun.
Let’s connect, get grounded, get balanced and be creative!
The project for this workshop will be creating our own Mandala.
This ancient symbolic design traditionally goes hand in hand with meditation practices. They can symbolize our journey through life, our goals, and our past.
No meditation or art knowledge is required!
All materials and references will be provided.
