Journey to the Middle World to connect with the Spirits of the Land where you live!
In this workshop you will each build a Spirit House to take home to honor these Spirits.
You will be guided through 5 separate journeys before beginning your Spirit House.
We will provide gourds for your house, but if you prefer to bring something else to work with, you are welcome. We will provide paints, feathers, ribbons, yarn, glitter, etc.. You are welcome to bring anything from home with which to decorate – a special stone, crystal or any other items.
What to Bring
A yoga mat or blanket for sitting and lying on; pen and paper or a journal; items you might want to use to decorate your Spirit House (we will provide gourds); a sack lunch (we want to stay in the energy during the entire time); bandanna or some sort of eye-cover for journeying; drum and/or rattle if you have one (I can provide some). Rainwater for drinking, coffee and tea will be provided.
Space is limited, so sign up early.
