Sol Recovery Workshop

Join us for this special gathering in a safe and sacred space to explore approaches to healing through Dreams as a pathway to Soul Recovery.

Our dreams can take us deeper into the territory of the soul, to explore the places where lost soul energy is hiding away to escape past traumas.

The soul wants to linger and can often be found in places of the past, perhaps searching for lost loved ones or love relationships.

Sol Recovery is about bringing back the light to the places that remain dark and empty within us. Our soul energy is part of our vital energy and when parts of us go missing, it leaves an emptiness inside. This emptiness can be a source of depression or addictions from drinking, drugs, over-eating, sex, materialism or work.

We will explore conscious Shamanic group dream journeys guided by the sound of the drum, with the help of power animals and spiritual guides to locate and bring lost soul energy back home where it belongs.
