Be serenaded by beautiful tones of the hypnotic Pulsar gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic quartz bells, cleansing water gong and ocean drum, fairy chimes and specially curated vocal melodies and mantras.

Elizabeth will guide you into progressive relaxation, coaxing your body and mind into deep rest. Take a well-earned breather while she and her sound frequencies do the work for you, supporting emotional/physical release, clearing and realigning your energy.

About Sound Bathing
