At the time of the new moon, rest and reflect on what it is you want to intend under this new lunar cycle. This is the perfect time to set and state your intentions.

Experience the group meditation and allow the frequency and resonance of the bowls, reiki, and music to relieve stress and tension, and reset and clear your energy field to support you moving forward.
