Learn about the healing properties of sound vibration!
Sound vibrations are an age-old healing modality that is becoming very mainstream. Everyone will learn how to play a bowl and why they are so effective.
Crystal singing bowls can be used alone or with yoga, massage, Reiki and other modalities to enhance energy work on the human body. Plus they are fun!
This fun workshop teaches all about sound vibrations and their benefit on the human body. Russell teaches about the science behind this ancient technology in understandable terms.
We will look at the history of sound used for healing in ancient times, with a focus on modern technologies using sound to support wellness in the human body.
There will be a demonstration of sound entrainment and the use of sound to clear energetic blocks. Sound vibrations have been proven to help minimize the effects of depression, anxiety, fatigue, tinnitus, and a range of health issues. We will also discuss the chakras and how 4,000-year-old Chinese technology can be used to clear and balance the energy centers of the human body.
In this class, you will experience:
• the history of the crystal singing bowls and the use of sound
• how sound affects the human body
• how sound is being used as medicine
• how to play a crystal bowl
• movement of sound vibrations as entrainment
• binaural beats
Note: There will be crystal bowls for sale at this event. (You do not need to take other levels to participate.)
