For most of us it’s clear how to strengthen and nourish our physical bodies, but how do we create strong energetic boundaries for ourselves?
How can we keep from picking up negative juju when we’re out in public?
For those of us who are empathic or intuitive, how can we shield ourselves from taking on others’ emotions or thought patterns?
In this experiential workshop, Kerri Hummingbird will share what she has learned that has helped her to cultivate awareness of her energy body, cleanse it of heavy/dense energies, and strengthen her boundary for sustained momentum on the path of spiritual and personal growth.
As a graduate of the Four Winds Light Body School, Kerri Hummingbird is also privileged and excited to share the energetic Bands of Protection from the Munay Ki along with a daily exercise for strengthening these Bands of Protection.
Kerri will also share wisdom from other teachers, and her own experimentation, for cleansing and strengthening the energy body.
