Austin Shamanism Summer Solstice Tribal Gathering!
The Austin Shamanism Meetup Group and Open Lotus Studio are hosting their regular seasonal Tribal Gathering.
It is a public event and YOU are invited!
Come and join us as we celebrate the turning of the Seasonal Wheel from Spring to Summer with an evening full of playfulness and community. Join us for food, conversation, a Summer Solstice Ritual, and community drumming, with potluck feast!
Break bread and visit with others in the Austin Shamanism and Open Lotus Communities, share the heartbeat of the drum, and the smiles of our hearts. We look forward to seeing you there. Children are welcome with adult supervision.
FUNraiser Raffle
Drawings for several wonderful prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. Admission of $10 gets you 3 raffle tickets! Purchase more for $1 each. You must be present to win. Proceeds go to support the various programs and events offered by Open Lotus Studio to the Community.
Schedule
- 7:30pm: Doors Open
- 7:30pm: Dance Party!
- 8:45pm: Solstice Ritual
- 9pm: Drum Circle!
- 10pm: Open the circle
- Potluck appetizers and beverages all night
Note on Parking
Parking space is limited, so please carpool if possible!
Please Bring
A favorite appetizer or beverage to share and your drum, rattles, or musical instruments for the drum circle. Food, drums and rattles are encouraged but not required; there will be plenty to share.
