Saturday and Sunday, April 26th and 27th, 2014. Sponsored by The Tree of Life Sanctuary.
TaKeTiNa is the yoga of Rhythm. And it is for everyone!
TaKeTiNa is an amazingly profound practice that will connect you to your innate rhythmic knowledge, and stretch your understanding of the capacity of human potential.
By using our body as the instrument, rhythm becomes our vehicle to a deeper experience of presence, flow, and timelessness.
This course will be taught by Michael Kenny, Master Drummer of Dallas’ “Drums Not Guns.” Michael will be accompanied on drums by Cyndi Vazquez and also be playing the berimbau.
“TaKeTiNa is a completely new way of learning, experiencing, and understanding the connections among rhythm, music, and individual evolution. All that inhibits our lives, our relationships, and our personal growth surfaces in the TaKeTiNa process as an obstacle to the ongoing rhythm. That which impedes us in our lives can be uncovered and transformed within the rhythmic framework of the TaKeTiNa process. Thirty years’ experience has shown that this transformation is reciprocal, that is, as we access the archetypal world of rhythm and begin to discover the many realms of our consciousness, we gain rhythmic confidence. In this way, TaKeTiNa resonates in our daily lives.” ~ Reinhard Flatischler, Founder of TaKeTiNa
Please join us for this unique experience! Among the many benefits, TaKeTiNa clears you of old programming and opens up new pathways to take you to a higher level of spiritual understanding.
