Trance-Formation Workshop – “Through the Looking Glass.”
This workshop is for anyone who would like to connect deeply within themselves to establish a foundation for manifesting their highest good.

Notes And What To Bring
Arrival time is 2pm. Circle will begin at 2:20pm to give time to settle in. You will need to be comfortable on a mat on the floor or sitting in a chair for the guided part of the journey. Please bring whatever padding (yoga mats, blankets) or props you may need to feel comfortable for lying down or sitting with back against the wall or sitting in a chair. Some assorted snack foods and bottled water will be provided on break. Please bring pillows, throws, stuffed animals, journals, backjacks, etc. to feel at home. Wear comfortable clothes.
