Sound Healing Meditation facilitated by Melissa Grogan and Gerry Starnes.
Please join us for this evening of sound healing meditation. This is the 3rd collaboration for Melissa and Gerry. A variety of instruments plus channeled vocals are used to produce a meditative sound field within which to do meditation or journey.
In the first collaboration, we focused on “Transitions for Conscious Evolution.” The second collaboration was a kind of next step, centering around “Equanimity – Finding Ground in Times of Ambiguity.” This third collaboration is another stage of the conscious path – how to find True North to aid us on our journey.
The ability to find True North when navigating Life is, perhaps, the most fundamental skill to acquire. True North is a reliable marker on a journey into unknown terrain. The ability to reliably find our way back to it provides a sense of ease and assurance – we can make the next best step with confidence. We have a deep knowing that we are holding true to our ideals; working toward our goals.
We are, each of us, making big changes in our lives, the lives of the people around us, our communities, and the world. Holding to True North will help us do so with Integrity and Love.
