In this course, you will learn breathwork, body acknowledgment, a way to calm the mind with one word, and many other teachings.
If you are not willing to do the work, I kindly ask that you respect those who do. This is a teaching course on awakening your third eye and learning how to utilize your empathic and intuitive abilities to grow, ground, and guide.
