February 7th and 14th, 2012 – Led by Chris Elms: The Joy of Divorcing Your Pain
The first class will be devoted to finding our “worst” relationship pain, and undoing it. If people bring materials, we’ll make Valentine’s cards and send them to ourselves.
The second class will be continuing this “undoing” but with a main emphasis on being present and the best present and Valentine to ourselves. And writing ourself a grand Valentine’s letter.
