This weekend workshop will be a dynamic exploration that weaves heart, mind, and body into a deeper understanding of and relationship with the specific weave of archetypes that underlies and nourishes each participant’s unique soul song.
This deeper conscious connection with one’s soul song offers a reliable internal orienting compass to aid in creating a life rooted in a deeper sense of meaning, flow, vitality, and joy.
What begins to stir in your body and being at the sound of the phrase “soul song?”
Maybe there is a part that pokes a toe out of the shadows, holding a sense of hope that there could be space for them to come out into the light.
Maybe there is also a sense of grief, feeling lost, or even hopelessness.
Whatever the feelings and sensations, all of it is welcome and encouraged to be present in this deep dive into the world of archetypes with a focus on bringing more of them into conscious awareness in service to the wonder of YOU.
With a nod to the works of Carl Jung and Caroline Myss, this weekend’s exploration will focus on discovering a deeper connection to your “soul song” – that unique transcendent weaving of the medicine of current life, ancestral and past-life threads into a vibration, a resonance, a song that you and only you can truly sing and live.
Bring your playfulness, curiosity, yearnings, grief, bewilderment, and hope as we weave this exploration of heart, mind, and body in service to deeper nourishment and connection to the sacred that is alive within you in every moment.
