We will be singing, drumming, chanting and free flow moving to an awesome empowering song. You may receive intuitive messages or hear from your spirit guides and feel elevated and motivated! 

This class has a Shamanic feel, and is designed to empower you and raise your vibration. As you listen to inspiring song, activate your Inner Goddess, your Inner Power for healing, personal growth and connection to spirit.

The goal is to help you rise out of limiting beliefs, and move to a state of triumph so that you manifest positive life changes such as improved relationships with others and yourself, finances/career, health and intuition.

* We’ll be singing, chanting, drumming, and free flow movement, or you can just sit and hum! If you have drums or singing bowls, please feel free to bring them. If not, just bring yourself and plan on enjoying the energy! Delicious vegan snacks will be available for grounding.
