These sessions serve as an introduction to working with the seasons and reflective practice.

Each one hour session will use a mix of journaling, meditation, breathwork and sharing. The topic for each week will be a season and how the energy of that season mirrors our lives.

At the end of the course you will:

Learn the Cyclical Season Framework
Understand the impact of the seasons and nature as a mirror to our lives
Use reflection as a tool for discernment and decision-making

Come walk the seasons with me and add some seasoning to your life! Participants will receive a copy of A Walk Through the Seasons and a Reflections journal.
