This is going to be a practical, magical, powerful, and simple approach to reconnecting deeply with the spectacular soul that you are.
We will start the night with some light breath work, self love tools, EFT and Restorative Yoga. We will transition into a Guided Meditation and close out with a Sound Bath. YAY!
My intention is to give you simple tools you can take home and practice so that you may connect more deeply with your authentic and infinite self love. I want you to leave feeling blissed out with confidence that you can continue this practice at home.
