On Saturday, June 16, 2012 we’re having a yard sale to benefit the 6th Annual Global Youth Peace Summit and you’re invited! Our goal is to sponsor 5 youth to attend this year’s Summit.
We Are Accepting Donated Items – Drop Off – June 13th, 14th and 15th, 10am-5pm, at the Amala Foundation.
We’re looking for items worth at least $5 in value – furniture, clothes, jewelry, etc. We ask that all times are useable/functional in their current condition. We also ask that electronic equipment is working properly and has necessary parts.
Proceeds from the yard sale will go to sponsor youth who wish to attend this year’s Global Youth Peace Summit. Each year, the Summit unites 70 youth from 25+ different countries for an 8-day summit devoted to heart-centered dialogue, compassionate service, cultural exchange, healing and exploration of self and world.
