Amala Foundation Community Wellness Festival - Austin Texas - September 6 2025Welcome to Amala’s Community Wellness Festival!

This family-friendly event brings together local teachers, artists, and musicians for a full day of classes, activities, and community fun.

Whether you’re here to take a yoga class, join a drum circle, explore hands-on crafts, or simply enjoy the music and food, you’ll leave feeling nourished, inspired, and connected.

  • Mindfulness Kids Activities
    Hands-on activities that nurture calm, focus, gratitude, and kindness—like sound hunts, bubble breathing, yoga, coloring, and creative crafts.
  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
    Paper Making Workshop – Rockywoods Studio
    Learn the basics of paper making! Kelly of Rockywoods Studio will guide participants in transforming recycled paper into fresh new sheets.
  • 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
    Yoga Nidra
    Guided relaxation to help the body rest deeply while the mind remains gently aware.
  • 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM
    Diamond Temple Qigong
    Flowing movements and breathwork designed to restore energy and balance.
  • 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM
    Zumba
    A high-energy dance workout set to rhythmic, lively music.

    Eco-Mindfulness
    Gentle awareness practices that connect you to the present moment and the natural world.

    Family Drum Circle – Jean Claude

    Music Performance by Atash!
    Award-winning world music band blending master musicians from across the globe. A powerful, soulful performance that gets everyone dancing in celebration.
